Kale salad.
My personal recipe for kale salad, which I hope to pass down through the generations.
Ingredients
5-6 cups fresh kale, finely chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
Warm a saucepan on low until evenly heated
Add olive oil and garlic, let simmer for 2-3 minutes
Add kale and stir immediately
Heat for 3 minutes, stirring gently throughout
Remove, let cool, and then throw away. This is kale, people. Go get a hotdog at Costco or something.
